Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a Sr Golang Developer to build and maintain a high-performance payment gateway system. The role focuses on scalable microservices, secure payment processing, and strong API design for online transactions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in Go, hands-on experience with payment gateways, PCI-DSS compliance, and hands-on with Docker/Kubernetes. Collaboration with DevOps, QA, and Product teams is essential.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Golang development (Core Banking).
Experience with payment gateway development and online payments.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and SOA.
Experience with third-party API integrations (payment processors/banks).
Familiarity with PCI-DSS compliance and security best practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable payment gateway applications using Golang.
Implement and manage microservices architecture for the payment gateway platform.
Integrate with third-party payment processors, banks, and financial institutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and build new features.
Ensure PCI-DSS compliance and optimize database schemas for payment data.
Write well-documented, testable code and troubleshoot production issues.
Monitor and optimize system performance for high transaction volumes.
