Job summary

Boeing International Corporation United Arab Emirates seeks a Project Manager for Global Real Estate and Facilities in Dubai to lead end-to-end office fit-out and construction initiatives within an international matrix organization.

You will manage projects from pre-construction to closeout, align with Boeing processes, monitor budgets, risks, and schedules, and report progress to stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications

• PM certification (PMI/PRINCE2/APM) required or equivalent
• Experience managing complex projects in a matrix environment
• Strong knowledge of construction management processes and statutory obligations
• Ability to report to and work with team members at all levels
• Willingness to travel within the region

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of small to large scale facility projects from pre-construction planning through project execution to project closeout.
• Manage projects in line with Boeing Processes and Policies using existing tools and documentation.
• Ensure safety and first-time quality across projects.
• Lead projects using a structured methodology aligned with Boeing standards.
• Provide support to Boeings Project Management team and report progress to stakeholders.
• Develop integrated schedules and critical path analyses.
• Coordinate procurement, RFPs, and change orders with the Procurement team.
