Job summary

Sundus in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks an experienced accountant to maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, manage journal entries, and lead month-end closing processes. The role requires strong IFRS knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience with ERP systems to ensure accuracy and timely recording of all transactions.

You will prepare financial reports and accounting schedules, assist with audits and VAT obligations, and support financial planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
