Qualifications

• CA qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Expertise in GL accounting, FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting.
• Proficient in IFRS and UAE regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the General Ledger and ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to management.
• Support senior management with financial analysis, reporting and decision-making.
• Experience with government entities or semi-government organizations is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in audits, statutory compliance and financial reporting for large organizations is advantageous.
