Exalans and Hunar is seeking a General Insurance Officer in Dubai with strong underwriting experience in Property & Casualty. You will handle quotations, renewals, policy issuance and endorsements while reviewing risk information and policy terms.

The role requires 5+ years in General Insurance underwriting, a relevant degree, and a solid grasp of underwriting principles. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, plus excellent communication and organizational skills, is essential.

Competenze

Minimum 5 years of practical experience in General Insurance underwriting.
Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
Strong technical knowledge of General Insurance and P&C.
Knowledge of underwriting principles, risk assessment, policy wordings and exclusions.
ACII/AIII/FIII or equivalent qualifications are desirable.
Experience in brokerage or claims handling is a plus.

Mansioni

Handle quotations, renewals, policy issuance, endorsements, and related transactions.
Review risk information, terms, warranties, exclusions, and deductibles.
Evaluate coverage and suggest improvements or extensions.
Negotiate premiums and terms with insurers.
Prepare comparative quotation analyses and proposals.
Coordinate with insurers, clients and internal teams for timely service.
Follow up on outstanding quotations, renewals, endorsements, and tasks.
Maintain accurate records and organized workflows.
Assist with claims coordination when required.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity and customer service.
Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
