Job summary

ADNOC Abu Dhabi UAE is seeking a Senior Planner to lead long-term gas production and capacity planning. You will integrate upstream feeds, asset capabilities, project schedules, and market demand into a single production plan across the gas value chain.

The ideal candidate has about 8 years of relevant experience in production planning, with strong Excel modelling and the ability to reconcile cross-functional inputs into one agreed planning basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• About 8 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in production/long-term planning.
• Experience in oil, gas, LNG, or petrochemicals is preferred.
• Strong Excel modelling, data handling, and scenario analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term production plans for gas, NGL, LNG and related products.
• Consolidate feed gas profiles from upstream and verify against planning models.
• Translate asset capacities and operating envelopes into realistic forecasts.
• Balance supply, demand, and capacity across multi-year horizons.
