Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates is seeking a senior Manager - Integrated Gas Portfolio Planning. The role focuses on integrated asset planning, gas value chain optimization, capital efficiency, and long-term production strategy.

You will optimize assets, ongoing projects, and growth opportunities while improving capacity utilization, molecule allocation, and capital deployment across the gas value chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent discipline.
• At least 10 years in integrated planning, value chain optimization, and portfolio management.
• Experience in gas/oil and gas, with capacity planning and investment governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated portfolio management across gas assets, projects, and growth opportunities.
• Maintain a consolidated view of capacity, production, infrastructure, constraints, investments, and expansion needs.
• Conduct end-to-end gas value chain assessments to identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with ADNOC Upstream, DM&T, and other Group entities on planning priorities.
• Identify opportunities to unlock value across production, processing, transportation, and market interfaces.
• Develop and maintain long-term production and capacity plans covering existing and future operations.
• Integrate asset, project, and expansion plans into a coherent long-range portfolio outlook.
• Lead development of planning methodologies, analytical frameworks, and portfolio optimization processes.
