Job summary

Restore Talent Solutions seeks an experienced Senior Sales professional for a financial brokerage offering FX and CFDs. The role focuses on expanding retail and professional client bases, driving revenue growth, and leading a sales team.

You will manage on-boarding strategies, coordinate with marketing, and plan budgets to support campaigns and events. The ideal candidate has a finance background, 3+ years in sales, fluency in English and Arabic, and a track record of building retail offerings

Qualifications

University degree in finance or a relevant field.
3+ years of sales experience.
Strong knowledge of Forex, indices, commodities futures, and cash equities.
Transportable client base preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop business with retail and professional clients.
Meet annual quotas, both individual and team management.
Lead generation and conversion.
Acquire and retain clients.
Generate an effective client on-boarding strategy with management.
Work closely with the marketing team to help with campaigns and events.
Build out scope for expanding the sales team and acting as the hiring manager.
Set budgets for sales & marketing expenditure.
Keeping a record of territorial market trends and sharing insights with the product teams.
