Job summary

ParamInfo in Dubai, UAE, seeks a senior full stack developer to build secure, accessible digital services centered on React and SPAs, with full stack delivery and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).

You will design APIs, integrate with Dynamics CRM, and deliver features with strong documentation, while applying best practices for accessibility, performance, security, and testing. Mentoring teammates and collaborating with CRM teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on backend development and API design experience, including REST and automated testing.

We are seeking a senior full stack developer to build secure, accessible digital services. The role centers on React and single-page applications, with full stack delivery and working familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).

Key responsibilities

• Develop well-designed APIs and backend services that support reliable, secure digital experiences.
• Integrate applications with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other services using appropriate APIs and authentication patterns.
• Turn requirements into technical designs, estimate work, and deliver maintainable features with clear documentation.
• Apply accessibility, performance, security, testing, code review, and monitoring practices throughout delivery.
• Guide technical decisions and mentor developers while collaborating with product, design, and CRM teams.

Required experience

• Hands-on backend development and API design experience, including REST, data access, integration, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Dynamics CRM, Dataverse concepts, and CRM API integration.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development using coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent tools, including reviewing and validating generated code.
• Experience with secure development, source control, CI/CD, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ability to own complex work, explain technical trade-offs, and collaborate effectively across disciplines.

Additional experience

Experience with .NET and C#, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, design systems, or accessibility standards is an advantage.
