Job summary

GDIT is seeking an experienced front-end leader to develop high-performance ReactJS applications for cloud deployments. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into components, build reusable front-end libraries, and optimize performance and scalability in cloud environments.

The role requires 10+ years in IT solutions with strong ReactJS/JavaScript and 7+ years in UX design thinking, plus TypeScript, Redux/Context API, and Agile DevSecOps experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related major.
• 10+ years of IT solutions and cloud infrastructure experience.
• 7+ years in UX Design with Design Thinking and Principles.
• At least 7 years of ReactJS/JavaScript experience.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Proficiency with CSS, Tailwind, and related technologies.
• Experience with Redux or Context API.
• Experience in Agile DevSecOps environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive web applications using ReactJS.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement designs into functional interfaces.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cost in cloud environments.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
