Job summary

ZAJEL in the UAE seeks a Senior Business Development Executive – Freight to drive growth across air, sea, and land freight services. You will own strategic accounts, expand the client base, and ensure revenue targets are met through strong relationship management.

You will mentor junior team members, contribute to the sales strategy, and coordinate proposals and tenders with cross-functional teams to deliver value for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years combined experience with Air, Sea and Land freight is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through strategic client acquisition and key account management.
• Mentor junior team members and support the sales strategy.
• Manage and report on sales pipeline and revenue performance.
