Stantec in the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi) seeks an experienced Framework Program Manager to oversee a large, long-term infrastructure programme delivering a portfolio of wastewater projects. You will lead programme-level planning, coordination, and performance management across concurrent projects, ensuring integration between design, procurement, and construction.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
20+ years' experience in infrastructure programme or portfolio management.
Primavera P6 / EPPM familiarity.
PMP, APM, MSP or equivalent desirable.
Framework level experience and UK and GCC experience are desirable.
Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-project frameworks or capital programmes.
Strong expertise in programme controls, reporting, and performance management systems.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across design and construction phases.
Familiarity with Primavera P6 and enterprise programme management systems.

Responsibilities

Lead programme-level planning, coordination, and performance management across projects.
Establish and oversee programme controls including resource planning and reporting.
Maintain governance reporting, KPI tracking, and data-driven dashboards.
Manage interdependencies, risk tracking and change control across projects.
Apply analytics and root cause analysis to improve delivery outcomes.
