Job summary

Stantec seeks an experienced Framework Program Manager to lead an UAE infrastructure portfolio, coordinating design, procurement and construction across multiple projects. You will drive programme controls, governance reporting and KPI dashboards to enable data‑driven decisions and continuous improvement.

With 20+ years in infrastructure programme management, you will optimise performance, track risks, manage interdependencies, and lead multidisciplinary teams within a large framework

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 20+ years’ experience in infrastructure programme or portfolio management.
• Primavera P6 / EPPM familiarity.
• PMP, APM, MSP or equivalent desirable.
• Framework level experience and UK and GCC experience are desirable.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale, multi‑project frameworks or capital programmes.
• Strong expertise in programme controls, reporting, and performance management systems.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across design and construction phases.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 and enterprise programme management systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capability in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme‑level planning, coordination and performance management across a portfolio of projects.
• Establish and oversee programme controls including resource planning and delivery coordination.
• Maintain governance reporting, KPI tracking and data‑driven dashboards for informed decision‑making.
• Manage risks, changes and interdependencies across multiple projects to optimise performance.
