Job summary

Kavak UAE is hiring a senior FP&A leader to act as the CFO’s right hand for planning, modelling and decision support. You will own the financial models behind the business plan, stress-test scenarios, and present clear recommendations to the GM and Group CFO.

The role requires 5–7 years in FP&A or related fields, expert Excel, SQL, and BI skills, plus strong business acumen and the ability to communicate complex numbers to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in FP&A, business planning, strategy, consulting, or corporate finance.
• Expert Excel and financial modelling with ability to build from scratch.
• Strong data extraction and analysis with SQL and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the business plan, annual budget and rolling forecast with three-statement models.
• Maintain model integrity with inputs, calculations, outputs, version control, and assumptions.
• Evaluate feasibility and investment cases for new verticals and markets.
• Analyse performance versus plan and provide quantified recommendations.
• Build finance reports and dashboards pulling data from source systems (SQL).
• Prepare board and leadership materials and present insights clearly.
• Lead process improvement and cross-functional planning with Sales, Ops, Legal.
