Job summary

KAVAK UAE is expanding its Middle East operations and seeks a senior FP&A professional to own financial models behind the business plan. You will turn data into clear recommendations and present them to the GM and Group CFO, driving planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.

The role requires expert Excel, SQL, and BI tooling skills, with experience in multi-currency models and cost control. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Legal and external partners to optimise value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong financial modelling experience with capacity to build integrated three-statement models.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the business plan, annual budget and rolling forecast with driver-based unit economics.
• Maintain model governance with clear inputs, calculations and outputs; review models from others.
• Evaluate feasibility and commercial viability for new verticals and markets; contribute to go-to-market plans.
• Analyse performance vs. plan; identify drivers of variances and provide quantified recommendations with owners and timelines.
• Create finance reports and dashboards; extract data from source systems using SQL.
• Prepare materials for the board, GM and Group CFO and present analyses clearly to stakeholders.
• Lead process improvements and automation, coordinating with Sales, Operations, Legal, and external partners.
