Job summary

RAK Ceramics is seeking a detail-oriented Deputy Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis to join the Finance & Accounts function at RAK Porcelain, based at the RAK Ceramics Corporate Office in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on financial planning and analysis, consolidated reporting, budgeting, and performance evaluation across regions.

You will lead month-end close, prepare management packs for ExCom and the Board, drive IFRS 9/16 compliance, and partner with IT/SAP to automate reporting.

Qualifications

• > Must have CA or CPA with post-qualification experience.
• < Strong FP&A, management reporting, consolidation, budgeting and cost analysis experience.
• < IFRS knowledge including IFRS 9 and IFRS 16.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly consolidated financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) under IFRS.
• Support month-end close activities and MIS packs with timely reporting.
• Oversee monthly management reporting and consolidation for foreign subsidiaries.
• Conduct factory cost runs and variance analysis; review COGS vs budget.
• Prepare and review budgets and key cost drivers; lease accounting under IFRS 16.
• Support IFRS 9 implementations including ECL calculations and receivables provisioning.
• Review GL accounts and assist audits; ensure compliance with standards.
