Job summary

AlBoomMarine is seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function across Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce channels in the GCC region. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) mandatory; MBA in Finance an advantage.
• 8–12+ years in accounting and financial management, including 3–5 years in leadership.
• Proven experience within the retail sector, multi-store/multi-channel environments.
• Experience in GCC/MENA region with understanding of tax regulations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across all business channels.
• Provide actionable insights on financial performance, including variance analysis and key drivers.
• Partner with business heads to support strategic decision-making and profitability improvement.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and financial models.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising growth.
