Job summary

Modon Communities seeks a Senior Manager – FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across all segments from Abu Dhabi. You’ll drive strategic planning, digitize dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership and the board.

You will partner with asset managers and regional leads to implement driver-based planning, scenario modelling, and governance, while building a high-performing FP&A team and ensuring timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; Master’s preferred.
• Professional certification: CFA, CGMA, or CPA/ACCA required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of 5-year business plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Monitor actual vs. budget/forecast and translate into actionable leadership insights.
• Collaborate with asset managers, segment heads, and operational leaders to drive financial outcomes.
• Drive strategic initiatives including cost optimization, efficiency programs, and capital allocation.
• Introduce FP&A best practices such as driver-based planning, scenario modelling, and zero-based budgeting.
• Lead digitization and reporting by designing automated dashboards and real-time insights with Power BI in partnership with IT.
• Ensure FP&A processes follow governance, policies, and control frameworks while staying agile.
• Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team with strategic thinking and analytical rigor.
