Job summary

M42 Health in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead FP&A, management reporting, and budgeting across entities. You will design Power BI dashboards, consolidate Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, and translate complex data into actionable insights for executives.

You will integrate data from ERP and Excel, automate forecasting, support month-end close, and partner with budget owners and stakeholders on performance, cost allocations, and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A, financial analysis, or business finance.
• Hands-on Power BI reporting experience.
• Strong data visualization and automation skills.
• Experience translating financial data into clear business insights.
• Fully qualified ACCA, CIMA, or CMA.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Finance or Business and multi-entity healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare executive management reports, dashboards, performance packs, and variance analysis.
• Support consolidation of Balance Sheet and Cash Flow across entities.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated financial reports.
• Integrate data from ERP, Excel, and other systems into reliable datasets.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve forecasting, reporting, commentary, and analysis.
• Support cash flow forecasting, liquidity visibility, treasury activities, and banking documentation.
• Partner with finance teams, budget owners, and business stakeholders on financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocations.
• Contribute to KPI frameworks, performance management dashboards, and data-driven reporting.
• Support month-end close, reporting governance, timeline adherence, and consistency across FP&A, Accounting, and Finance Business Partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, confidentiality standards, and health and safety procedures.
