Qualifications

• Four years or more of financial analysis or related experience.
• General knowledge of insurance products, procedures and systems for specific functional area.
• Health insurance industry knowledge preferred.
• Works with matrix partners and communicates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Robust financial forecasting for business results and planning support for expansion and initiatives.
• Deep analysis of financial drivers and metrics; communicate key messages to influence decisions.
• Stakeholder management across IHDS, Claims, Actuarial, Sales & Marketing.
• Support build of quarterly forecasts and the annual operating plan.
• Oversee financial reporting and planning; collaborate with local accounting teams.
