Job summary

Air Arabia is seeking a Performance Engineer to oversee flight operations performance with a focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and efficiency. The role covers aircraft performance, degradation tracking, and procedural design to ensure data accuracy and alignment with manufacturer and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Performance Engineering training from an aircraft manufacturer.
• Understanding of aircraft performance, fuel efficiency, and regulatory topics.
• Knowledge of EFB systems, regulations, and related technologies.
• Strong data analysis and technical report writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Provide technical flight operations information and reports.
• Design and evaluate special operational procedures such as SID/MA and RNAV.
• Monitor aircraft performance degradation and investigate causes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement operational procedures.
