Tanqeeb is seeking a senior fire and rescue professional to assess capabilities, develop pre-incident plans, and establish mutual-aid arrangements for complex industrial facilities in the UAE. The role involves specification preparation, procurement support, and incident investigations.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of industrial/municipal fire-and-rescue experience, with senior oversight in refineries or offshore facilities and strong NFPA/JOIFF knowledge.

Qualifications

• 15+ years industrial/municipal fire-and-rescue experience.
• Senior officer experience in refineries, gas plants, terminals or offshore facilities.
• Strong NFPA/JOIFF knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assess fire-station capability, crewing and response times.
• Develop tactical pre-incident plans.
• Develop mutual-aid arrangements.
• Prepare technical specifications for fire appliances/equipment.
• Support equipment procurement, testing and compliance.
• Develop training and competency frameworks.
• Assess firefighting agents and foam stocks.
• Conduct fire-incident investigations.
