Uasmart is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – Fircosoft in the UAE to support financial crime compliance within enterprise banking tech environments. You will work with Fircosoft solutions and related technologies, including IBM MQ, WebSphere, Unix shell scripting, and CI/CD pipelines.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, integration work, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure system stability and continuous improvement in a financial technology setting.

Formación

• Strong professional experience with Fircosoft solutions.
• Experience with Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, FSK, and Firco Utilities.
• Experience with Firco Case Manager API is preferred.
• DevOps knowledge and CI/CD implementation experience is preferred.
• Experience with job scheduling tools.
• Good knowledge of IBM MQ and WebSphere.
• Java/J2EE and Spring Framework experience is preferred.
• Angular experience is preferred.
• AWS experience is preferred.
• Strong experience with Unix Shell Scripting.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support and engineering expertise for Fircosoft solutions.
• Work with Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, FSK, and Firco Utilities.
• Support and troubleshoot Fircosoft applications and integrations.
• Work with Firco Case Manager API where required.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application and integration issues.
• Work with IBM MQ and WebSphere environments.
• Develop and maintain Unix Shell Scripts for operational and technical requirements.
• Work with job scheduling tools to support application processes and workflows.
• Support DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, operations, and business teams.
• Support application deployments, configuration changes, and production issues.
• Contribute to system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
