Al-Futtaim is seeking a Financial Control Manager for the Retail Head Office to lead central controlling tasks, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and drive financial accuracy. The role requires IFRS expertise, inter‑company diligence, and strong collaboration with stakeholders across functions.

You will manage month‑end close, balance sheet reviews, and reporting timelines while supporting AI initiatives to automate processes and optimize controls within a large, diversified organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline
• CA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA qualification is highly preferred
• Strong IFRS knowledge especially IFRS 15 & IFRS 16
• Experience automating finance processes using BI tools or RPA preferred

Mansioni

• Ensure Transfer pricing transactions and inter-company balances are reviewed with Finance Controls.
• Lead month-end close reviews and balance sheet analyses across Retail brands.
• Oversee cost allocations, revenue recognition, accruals and breakage management.
• Ensure IFRS 16 lease accounting and PPE tracking are accurate and timely.
