Job summary

The role requires 8–12 years in finance, with Big 4 background preferred, and ACCA/CPA qualifications. UAE or GCC reporting experience is advantageous though not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in finance role with strong IFRS knowledge.
• Professional qualifications: ACCA or CPA (CA acceptable).
• Experience in consolidation, month-end close, and audit management is required.
• UAE/GCC financial reporting experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close across UAE entities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare IFRS-compliant financial statements and disclosures.
• Coordinate group-wide consolidations ensuring accuracy and standards compliance.
• Manage external audit process including documentation and audit findings resolution.
• Oversee treasury activities: cash management, liquidity planning, risk mitigation.
• Provide high-level financial reporting and insights to CFO and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and international accounting regulations and internal controls.
