Job summary

TestHiring in Dubai is seeking an experienced senior finance leader to oversee the month-end close across UAE entities and ensure IFRS-compliant reporting. You will manage group consolidations, external audit coordination, and treasury activities while delivering insights to the CFO and senior leadership.

The role requires 8–12 years in finance, with Big 4 background preferred, and ACCA/CPA qualifications. UAE or GCC reporting experience is advantageous though not mandatory.

Job description

• Lead and execute the month-end close process across UAE entities with precision and timeliness.
  
• Prepare and review IFRS-compliant financial statements and disclosures.
  
• Conduct group-wide financial consolidations ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
  
• Manage the end-to-end external audit process including coordination documentation and resolution of audit findings.
  
• Oversee treasury activities including cash management liquidity planning and financial risk mitigation.
  
• Provide high-level financial reporting and insights to the CFO and senior leadership.
  
• Ensure compliance with UAE and international accounting regulations and internal controls.
  

Requirements8 to 12 years in finance. Big 4 background strongly preferred. IFRS ACCA or CPA. UAE or GCC experience an advantage not a hard requirement

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with IFRS standards.
  
• Professional qualification in CA ACCA or CPA.
  
• Proven experience in financial consolidation month-end close and audit management.
  
• UAE or GCC financial reporting experience is advantageous though not mandatory.
  
• Strong analytical leadership and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
