LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for our client in Dubai on a permanent basis. The role focuses on advanced financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis at a leadership level.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive finance experience, CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CMA credentials, and hands-on exposure to multi-entity operations within the UAE or GCC. UAE tax/VAT knowledge and ERP transformation experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

Chartered professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or CMA is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related discipline.
MBA, MSc in Finance or Accounting, or another relevant postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
Approximately 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least five years in a finance leadership position.
Demonstrated experience working with a CFO, CEO, board, shareholders or business owners.
Strong exposure to multi-entity, multinational or diversified business operations.
Experience covering financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, audit, taxation, controls and commercial finance.
UAE or wider GCC experience, including practical knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT, is strongly preferred.
Experience in ERP implementation, financial transformation, automation or process improvement.
Language: Proficient in English / Arabic desirable.
