Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications like ACCA, CPA, CA, or CIMA preferred.
• 5-10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Leadership potential and readiness for senior or managerial responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports.
