Job summary

LanceSoft Middle East invites a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on leadership of financial planning and reporting for a multi-entity organization across the UAE and GCC.

You will partner closely with senior executives to drive strategic financial decisions and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance with exposure to transformation initiatives, ERP deployments, and sophisticated FP&A activities.

Qualifications

• Chartered qualifications mandatory or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/economics required.
• MBA/MSc in Finance/Accounting would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, audit and controls.
• Coordinate with CFO/CEO/board/shareholders on financial strategy.
• Oversee multi-entity/multinational operations and commercial finance activities.
• Drive ERP implementation, financial transformation, automation and process improvements.
