Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to oversee financial activities across UAE and KSA entities.

This senior role collaborates with senior management, Sales, Service, and global stakeholders in a multinational setting. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of finance experience, strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills, plus UAE regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of finance experience, preferably in sales/commercial environments.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience.
• Experience in UAE; knowledge of local regulations is essential.
• Experience across UAE and/or KSA entities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare and present financial reports and performance analyses.
• Partner with Sales, Service and management to drive profitability.
• Oversee compliance, internal controls, and regulatory reporting.
• Support cross-country finance activities in UAE and KSA.
