• Prepare monthly/quarterly Financial & Business Review packs for senior leadership.
• Build annual Budget and 3‑year financial plan and upload to SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and highlight spending anomalies.
• Support HR with manpower cost reports and Group reporting readiness.
• Identify automation opportunities and participate in AI trainings.
