Amazon Middle East and North Africa FZ-LLC in Dubai seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the Now business team and senior stakeholders responsible for our fast growing Quick Commerce business in the region. You will drive a high control environment and deliver long-term financial strategies that balance growth with customer trust.

You will lead finance partnerships, build models, deliver insights, and manage planning, forecasting and performance reviews across initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 4+ years of applying KPIs to analyses.
• 4+ years identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance tools.
• Experience designing and implementing controls or audits over financial reporting.
• Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis.
• Experience working with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead finance business partnering for quick commerce and new programs.
• Lead planning and performance reviews for the country and programs.
• Create and build models for growth and profitability with KPI accountability.
• Deliver meaningful insights and recommendations to inform decisions.
• Provide accurate financial information and reporting to senior management.
• Represent Finance in MBRs/QBRs with narrative on performance.
• Evaluate initiatives and share learnings for better planning.
• Build processes and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Work with product managers to influence program requirements and decisions.
