Job summary

Amazon Now in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with senior stakeholders and lead financial planning for the fast-growing Quick Commerce business in the region.

You will drive a high-control environment, deliver insights from large data sets, and influence decisions with a strong business sense. The role requires collaboration with Category Leaders, Program owners, Operations, and regional Finance teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.
• 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience.
• Experience designing and implementing controls or experience performing audits over financial reporting environment.
• Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis.
• Experience working with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a finance business partner for quick commerce and related programs.
• Lead planning and performance reviews for the country and programs you are responsible for.
• Create and build models to manage growth and profitability and hold teams accountable for KPIs.
• Deliver meaningful insights and practical recommendations to inform business decisions.
• Provide accurate financial information and reporting to senior management.
• Represent Finance in MBRs and QBRs with narrative on performance.
• Analyze initiatives and share learnings with teams for better planning.
• Build processes, tools, and dashboards to support the business.
