Job summary

Amazon in Dubai is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the Amazon Now team and senior stakeholders responsible for our fast-growing Quick Commerce business in the region. You will drive financial controls, build models, deliver insights, and support growth with data-driven decisions, while maintaining customer trust and a high performance culture.

This role requires deep analytics, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations

Qualifications

4+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
4+ years of applying KPIs to analyses and performance indicators.
Experience identifying, leading and executing finance process improvements.
Experience designing controls or auditing financial reporting.
Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as a finance business partner for quick commerce and new programs.
Lead planning and performance reviews for the country and programs.
Create models to deliver growth and profitability; hold teams accountable for KPIs.
Deliver insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Provide accurate financial information and reporting to senior management.
Represent Finance in MBRs and QBRs with narrative on performance.
Evaluate initiatives and share learnings for better planning.
Build processes and dashboards to support decision making.
Balance timeliness and accuracy of data and communicate trade-offs.
Work with product managers to influence program requirements.
