Job summary

iTech Management Consultancy seeks a highly organized Senior Finance Officer to manage corporate and Chairman personal finances, including project cost estimation, cash flow, invoicing, VAT, and MIS reporting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CMA, or ACA (fully or part-qualified).
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant finance experience, ideally in the AEC industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, loan management, and financial negotiations.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Demonstrated experience in project cost estimation, manpower costing, and project profitability analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret commercial terms and conditions in contracts and tenders, and to flag financial risks.
• Working knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax, WPS payroll requirements, and IFRS.
• Prior experience supervising junior accounting staff.
• Experience using accounting software, especially Tally ERP, Zoho Books, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day banking relationships and manage treasury functions.
• Prepare timely financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for projects.
• Prepare financial estimations for new projects, including cost build-up and margin analysis.
• Coordinate invoicing, receivables, and contract compliance.
• Manage payroll processing, end-of-service gratuity, and statutory accruals.
• Ensure VAT returns and corporate tax computations are prepared accurately.
