TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES in Dubai, UAE seeks an Assistant Finance Manager for a 12-month contract. You will oversee financial operations, reporting, cash flow, taxation and internal controls, collaborating with Group Finance for accurate reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities include month-end close, cash forecasts, banking, VAT, intercompany funding and data integrity in SAP. Immediate joiners preferred for a fast-start in a healthcare/pharma setting.

Qualifications

• What candidates must have: Finance/Accounting degree; strong experience in finance operations, month-end closing and reporting.
• Experience in healthcare/pharma sectors is preferred; UAE VAT and tax knowledge advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, invoice verification, three-way matching, billing and reconciliations.
• Coordinate month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations and timely reporting for consolidation.
• Prepare cashflow forecasts, monitor liquidity and support treasury and intercompany funding.
• Manage banking activities, payments, LC documentation and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor capex budgets, evaluate proposals and prepare variance analyses.
• Prepare VAT returns and support transfer pricing and tax compliance.
• Maintain SAP pricing and master data; support audits and internal controls.
