Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in financial management and reporting.
• Preferred CFA, CA, CPA or equivalent certifications.
• Strong internal controls and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Lead development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Advise senior management on financial strategy and risk management.
• Ensure budgeting and forecasting align with organizational goals.
• Establish internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure reliable reporting.
• Guide finance team in resolving complex accounting issues.
