Total Freight International in Dubai is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee the integrity of financial records and reporting. You will be the final checkpoint on financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely management information to optimize cash flow and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; professional certification is an advantage.
• Solid accounting and financial reporting skills with month-end and year-end closings.
• Experience with UAE accounting standards, VAT, and audits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, monthly and annual financial statements, and management reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, oversee billing and collections, and monitor cash flow for liquidity.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting, perform variance and cost analyses.
• Support internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with audits, respond to queries, and support year-end submissions.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to provide financial insights and drive improvements.
