Job summary

GSSTech Group in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Senior Product Engineer specializing in Finacle scripting and Oracle development. You will own end-to-end design, customization, integration, and production support of core banking solutions across CASA, TD, Loans, and related modules.

You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, lead gap analyses, develop Finacle customizations, write PL/SQL, and ensure deployments meet performance and security standards in a complex, enterprise

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Finacle/core banking technology.
• Strong hands-on Finacle Scripting and customization skills.
• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and database development.
• Experience with API/integration development and troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in banking transformation or core banking projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Finacle-based solution design and implementation.
• Configure and customize Finacle modules per business needs.
• Develop and maintain Finacle customizations, menus, validations, workflows.
• Develop Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and queries.
• Design and support API/integration with external systems.
• Manage batch processing and production support for Finacle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders; provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
