Job summary

HireAlpha in Dubai is seeking a Senior Product Engineer with 10+ years of Finacle experience to lead end-to-end core banking implementations onsite.

You will run requirement workshops, configure and customize Finacle modules, and integrate APIs, while coordinating with business users to meet delivery milestones and ensure a smooth deployment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Finacle core banking experience.
• Experience in requirement workshops, configuration, customization, and API integration.
• Strong Finacle Scripting and PL/SQL knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of CASA, TD, and Loans modules.

Responsibilities

• Design & Implementation: Lead end-to-end solutioning, including functional design, gap analysis, and configuration of Finacle modules.
• Customization & Development: Develop customizations using Finacle Scripting and PL/SQL for tailored banking requirements.
• Integration & Technical Support: Handle API integrations, batch job scheduling/monitoring, and menu customization.
• Stakeholder Management: Work with business users to gather requirements and manage delivery milestones.
• Testing & Deployment: Support UAT, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
