Job summary

Innova Solutions seeks a Senior Finacle Core Banking Developer to design, implement and enhance Finacle core banking modules with emphasis on CASA, overdraft and branch operations. You will customize features, tune performance and ensure reliable integrations with external systems.

The role requires deep Finacle 11.x expertise, strong Java/SQL/Oracle skills, and experience delivering robust banking solutions in a fast-paced environment. On-site work in the UAE is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS/IT or related field is required.
• Proficient with Finacle 11.x, CASA, Overdraft and Branch Operations modules.
• Experience in customization, performance tuning, system integration and support of Finacle solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and customize Finacle core banking modules focusing on CASA, Overdraft and Branch Operations.
• Integrate Finacle with third-party systems and payment gateways; ensure performance and stability.
• Lead upgrades to Finacle 11.x and optimize workflows across CASA and branch operations.
