Job summary

Uasmart in Dubai seeks an experienced Finacle Product Engineer/Developer to model and customize core banking solutions. You will work with Finacle 11.x, Finacle Scripting, Integrator, and Connect24 to deliver tailored banking processes and reports.

You will engage with clients and stakeholders, perform testing, and ensure production support (L3). A strong fintech background and proficiency in SQL/Oracle will enable effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on Finacle Core Banking Product experience.
• Finacle 11.x, Finacle Scripting, Finacle Integrator, Connect24 experience mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Finacle product architecture and customization.
• Experience with Jasper / MRT reporting tools.
• Basic SQL and Oracle knowledge.
• Techno-functional experience with client and stakeholder interaction.
• Experience in L3 support and technical issue resolution.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, coding, security, testing, and documentation standards.
• Infosys Finacle Certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and support Finacle Core Banking solutions.
• Work extensively with Finacle 11.x.
• Develop and maintain Finacle scripts.
• Work with Finacle Integrator and Connect24.
• Customize Finacle menus, reports, batch jobs, and banking processes.
• Support EOD/BOD activities and troubleshoot related technical issues.
• Work with Jasper and MRT reporting tools.
• Perform technical issue analysis and L3 production support.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand and resolve technical requirements.
• Support testing, coding, security, and documentation activities.
• Follow Agile development and delivery methodologies.
