Job summary

ELEVEN PLUS DECORATION DESIGN LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced FF&E Designer with at least 5 years of FF&E design experience, preferably in hospitality or high-end residential. You will conceptualize and specify FF&E, prepare procurement packages, and create compelling presentations and 3D visuals for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
LEED AP or similar certification demonstrates commitment to sustainable design.
Minimum 5 years of FF&E design experience, preferably in hospitality or high-end residential.
Strong knowledge of FF&E materials, finishes and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and develop innovative FF&E designs translating client visions into tangible realities.
Source and specify furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) considering budget, lead times and sustainability.
Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, specifications and procurement packages for vendors and installers.
Create mood boards and 3D renderings to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
