Job summary

GDIT seeks a senior EHR program leader to drive the design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of federal EHR implementations. You will oversee readiness, activation, and cutover across multi-site deployments, coordinating technical, clinical, and cybersecurity workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years leading EHR implementations in federal environments
• Experience managing large, multi-site deployments across technical and clinical workflows
• Strong understanding of EHR platforms such as Oracle Health/Cerner, Epic, or RPMS
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior federal stakeholders and obtain Public Trust

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of the EHR Service Line implementation framework
• Drive full lifecycle EHR implementation activities including readiness, site activation, and cutover planning
• Manage cross-functional teams across technical, clinical, and cybersecurity
• Partner with federal customers such as IHS, HHS, VA, and DoW
• Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management across deployments
• Establish and report implementation metrics and gating criteria
• Ensure alignment with RMF, NIST, and ATO pathways
• Support resource planning and operational coordination within the EHR Service Line
