About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a HVAC Technician – Wynn Oasisto join theresort’s Wynn Oasis Engineeringteam.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Install,maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, heaters, ventilation units, and refrigeration systems.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure systems areoperatingefficiently.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs.
Monitor and adjust system controls tomaintaindesired temperature and humidity levels.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Maintainaccuraterecords of maintenance activities and service reports.
Collaborate with other engineering staff to support housing infrastructure needs.
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and resolve issues effectively.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC systems preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
