The Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee hard and soft FM services, manage maintenance and asset records, and drive energy efficiency. You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring safety standards are met.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of UAE experience in facilities management, with a degree in Engineering or related field, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical with full knowledge of HSE, Facilities Management (MEP, Civil and Soft Services).

This role involves:

• Maintaining the Coca-Cola Arena and its ancillary facilities as a premier, high-performance venue through meticulous management of hard and soft services, strategic capital projects, and comprehensive asset management.
• Ensuring operational readiness, minimizes downtime, optimizes resource utilization, and champions a safe and compliant environment, directly contributing to the success of all events and the overall venue reputation.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Overseeing all hard and soft FM services (including event-day operations), managing daily maintenance (cleaning, waste management, and MEP works) to meet SLAs, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, and conducting routine proactive inspections.
• Managing facility projects and variable works (such as F&B areas) from conception to completion within budget and schedule, executing asset management plans, and maintaining meticulous documentation for compliance and equipment records.
• Monitoring energy consumption, implementing efficiency strategies (like HVAC optimization), and adopting industry best practices to improve overall facility performance.
• Partnering with internal teams (such as F&B) to address operational needs, evaluating vendor performance, negotiating contracts, and cultivating positive working relationships with external suppliers.
• Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and codes through regular inspections, managing the maintenance budget with accurate forecasting and cost-monitoring, and staying current with industry trends through professional development.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical with full knowledge of HSE, Facilities Management (MEP, Civil and Soft Services).

Experience:

• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in similar role
• Expert-level knowledge of both hard services and soft services
• Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Arabic is a plus.
