Job summary

One Health in United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to support safe, reliable operation and maintenance of electrical systems across assigned facilities in Abu Dhabi. The role includes technical supervision, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and develop maintenance schedules and budgets to optimize energy use and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
• Experience in electrical systems operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical supervision.
• Facilities Management or building maintenance experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• HSEEQ and electrical safety requirements.
• Contract and service delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team of technicians and service providers to ensure civil works are carried out professionally and on time.
• Establish relationships with suppliers to ensure quality work meets best practice.
• Coordinate between customers and team members for satisfactory communication and completion of works.
• Provide information, detailed cost estimates, and specifications for equipment and materials.
• Coordinate annual, monthly, and weekly work schedules for servicing and maintenance.
• Determine the need and feasibility of major repairs.
• Provide expert judgment and analyses for engineering design to meet owner requirements and improve energy efficiency.
• Prepare and monitor civil works budgets and maintenance logs.
