Job summary

Liwa Minor in Dubai is seeking a Senior Facilities & Asset Manager to oversee strategic management, maintenance, and lifecycle optimization of company assets across multiple locations. You will drive preventive maintenance, capital projects, and budget control to ensure operational excellence.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing vendor contracts, regulatory compliance, and safety programs, while delivering cost efficiencies and sustainable facility performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of facilities management experience.
• Proven experience managing multi-site operations (retail/commercial/mixed-use).
• Expertise in asset management, maintenance planning, project delivery, and contractor management.
• Experience managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across multiple sites.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage MEP systems, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and building infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Lead capital projects and manage budgets, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and monitor budgets; drive cost-saving opportunities.
