Job summary

Jazal Engineering & Contracting LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Façade Lighting Project Manager to lead design coordination, procurement, installation, commissioning, handover and maintenance, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, quality and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in façade lighting or related field.
• Experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
• Experience with managing budgets and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete architectural and façade lighting projects.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage project schedule, budget, resources, procurement, and site activities.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and project requirements.
• Coordinate installation and commissioning of DMX, DALI, Art-Net, sACN, and other lighting control systems.
• Ensure compatibility and integration between fixtures, controllers, decoders, power supplies, and control networks.
• Coordinate systems from Traxon and other international lighting manufacturers/suppliers.
• Monitor testing, commissioning, programming, snagging, and final handover.
• Manage technical issues, variations, risks, and client requirements.
• Coordinate emergency response and critical lighting-system failures.
• Ensure proper project documentation, reports, and as-built information.
