Job summary

John Wood Group PLC in the UAE is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead fabrication yard activities, coordinating EPC contractors and fabrication subcontractors for ADNOC projects. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery in line with project specifications.

Key responsibilities include overseeing fabrication of structural steel, piping spools, modules, and equipment installation, managing schedules, and coordinating with planning, engineering, QA/QC, and commissioning

Responsibilities

• Oversee fabrication of structural steel, piping spools, pipe racks, skids, process modules, equipment supports, platforms and other components.
• Monitor module assembly, mechanical equipment installation, piping integration, structural erection, and related construction activities.
• Review contractor construction strategies and execution plans from PMC oversight perspective.
• Ensure adequate fabrication facilities, manpower, equipment, materials, and work fronts to support the approved schedule.
• Identify constructability issues and coordinate resolution with engineering and project teams.
• Provide construction direction to PMC team members within the approved project organization.
